At MaxOneHotels.com, you will get the best rate on line. The earlier you book your rooms the less you pay and prices will generally increase, as you book closer to your date of stay. Prices also may differentiate according to periods of high demand or less popular periods.
It is possible to simply turn up at MaxOneHotels.com without reservation, but it will depend on room availability on the day. So for your convenience, we advise you to plan ahead and we advise to book online, to get the best rate.
Rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis and but depending on availability we might be able to arrange your special needs.
The earliest time you can check-in is 1.00 pm. For early check-in, please refer with individual hotel for confirmation.
The latest time you can check-out is 12.00 noon on the check-out date. For late check-out, please refer with individual hotel for confirmation. There will be extra charges.

MaxOneHotels.com has no cancellation policy. Once you have made a booking or check in with MaxOneHotels.com, you cannot cancel. However we allow you to change or amend your date of stay to another period of time within 30 days of your initial bookings. Changes related to amendments subject to room availability.

Yes we have one coffee shop outlet. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Yes, all the beds come with a full set of 100% Cotton linen (bed sheet, duvet & pillows). To save the earth, during your stay, we change your linens and towels every 3 consecutive days. We will however make up your rooms daily. For daily Linen and towels change, available at a small fee of Rp. 20.000 per set of towels and per set of linen, please contact our reception.
We provide 2in1 liquid soap, a set of towels, amenities bag consisted of toothbrush and toothpaste, disposal bag, soap bar, cotton bud and slipper. However we have Mini Market in our premises to cater for your other needs.

No, there are no wardrobes in any of the rooms but we provide clothes hangers in the rooms. Luggage can be stored under your bed.
